Dr.'s Eyecare Center

Today I had the pleasure of getting my eyes checked since it had been 5 years since my last script. The staff took great care of me and made me feel comfortable immediately. They gave me my new script and walked me to look at their new frames. Once again, was made to feel welcome with a nice cup of coffee while the staff checked my insurance. They were extremely friendly, super efficient and reconfirmed why I continue to return after 18 years since my first visit. Thank you again for making me feel special. True professionals. Cold called them late on a Friday for a family member who's eye changed abruptly, we were worried - they brought him in ASAP in less than an hour. Awesome team here. Really thankful for them.

When I had an eye emergency on New Years Day, this practice was the only one I could find with on on-call doctor for emergencies. Dr Levy had me send a photo of my eye and saw me 9am the next day. Since then I've been back for several followups. My experience has been great. The doctors and entire staff are courteous, professional and skilled. I highly recommend the practice.

My experiences at Dr's Eyecare have always been pleasant. The receptionist, Summer, who greets you, is always smiling and friendly. The medical staff are also friendly, and they explain every step of your exam process. The office is clean and has a warm, welcoming spirit. The doctors are excellent and truly show that they care about their patients.

Technicians were thorough,professional,concerned and pleasant. The doctors were encouraging, informative not pushy. Ample parking, pleasant , welcoming, knowlegeable staff. Wait was not long. Didn't get feeling of being rushed on an assembly line although the reception area was full. Things ran smoothly and efficiently. Enjoyed my yearly visit.

I woke up this morning with a huge bloodshot eye, completely red, and it scared me so badly that I called the eye doctor immediately. I usually go to the office on 130, but they close early on Wednesdays, so I called the Burlington location. They were able to give me an appointment the same day—literally within an hour. I went in, was seen right away, and thankfully learned that my eye wasn’t infected. It was just a ruptured blood vessel. I was advised to rest and take my contact lenses out for a while. The doctors at both locations are always so kind, professional, and accommodating. Very convenient and great service.
