Our Eye Care Specialties
Dr.’s Eyecare Center accepts Medicare, Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Medicaid, and most private insurance plans. Medicare typically covers 80% of approved services after the deductible, with remaining costs billed to supplemental insurance or the patient. Medicaid may cover eye exams and eyewear when eligibility requirements are met.
Comprehensive Testing
Each resident who has consented to the on-site eyecare program will receive a comprehensive eye health study and full refraction for their eyeglass prescription.
Eyeglass Rescue
Eyeglass Rescue’s special Long-Term Care Facility product enables you to identify and return misplaced eyeglasses to the patient that owns them. It is a simple solution that effectively eliminates residents’ inconvenience, staff time, and expense needed for the replacement of lost eyewear.
